Our firm is committed to providing quality and professional expertise in a wide range of engineering areas. HRES’ principal engineer has been involved with some of the most challenging engineering projects in South Florida. We are qualified by FDOT to perform in Group 9, Subgroups 9.1, 9.2, and 9.4 and Group 10, Subgroup 10.3.

HRES’s main market is with the public sector.
